1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Shipping

For returns due to personal reasons (no longer needed, ordered by mistake, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in return transit.

For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost — please contact us first and we will arrange the best solution (free replacement or full refund).

3. How to Start a Return (Step by Step)

Step 1: Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return. For damaged or defective items, attach photos.

Step 2: We reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Step 3: Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it with a trackable method. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable (all orders ship free of charge, so this does not apply in most cases).

5.Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship a new one to you free of charge once the return is initiated. Email [email protected] to arrange an exchange.
